4. Pentair 36 GPD TFC Encapsulated RO Membrane. 4002573 - Replace As Needed

NOTE:
If you are replacing a CUNO Aqua Pure Membrane with an Pentair Membrane, you will need to remove the Red Stealth Flow Control tube (SFC) and replace it with a length of 1/4" tubing. The Pentair Membrane has its own internal check valve. You will also need to add a drain Flow Restrictor to this new length of drain tubing.

To remove the Red SFC Tube:

Remove the existing encapsulated membrane module with the Red SFC Flow Control Tube and replace with the Pentair Encapsulated Membrane.

Discard the Red SFC tubing from the old membrane and replace with a section of 1/4" tubing into the drain port on the RO membrane housing. Add the new drain Flow Restrictor to this tubing and connect the drain pipe adaptor.
