You may order our products and services on-line through our secure connection to the Internet. Any information you send us will be fully encrypted for your protection. The shopping cart we use is secured using a Thawte Digital Certificate. Click on the lock icon on our checkout page to view the certificate. We do not give any information to outside organizations or businesses. Your name, address, email, etc. will NOT be sold or given to any third party.
Shipping
Most products ship within 48 hours on weekdays via USPS Priority Mail. TEST KITS CAN TAKE UP TO FOUR WEEKS FOR DELIVERY DUE TO SHELF LIFE ISSUES! Certain liquid items must be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Orders not shipped within 30 days may be canceled.

Limitation of Liability:
Seller makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied concerning water treatment products offered for sale, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Seller's maximum obligation for water treatment products shall be limited solely to the refund of the purchase price or replacement of product if defective minus shipping charges. Determination of suitability of product for uses and applications contemplated by Buyer shall be at the sole responsibility of Buyer. Purchase of products offered by Purewater 4U constitutes Buyer's acceptance of this Limited Liability. Obviously, Purewater4u.com cannot be held responsible for damage to filters and/or other parts due to improper installation by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that proper filter change instructions are followed. 
SALES TAX
State Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered within the State of Nevada. There is no sales tax on orders delivered outside of the State of Nevada.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, you will need to Email Purewater4u@lvcm.com to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise returned without an RMA will be returned to the sender. We are happy to credit the purchaser's credit card for the merchandise received within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. We are not able to accept return requests after 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. 

Returned orders that received free shipping will also be subject to a $9.99 fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, in order to cover the shipping and handling charges. 

Special Order items, Whole House Systems (including but not limited to Water Softeners and UV Systems) and Commercial Systems (Including but not limited to Reverse Osmosis Systems, Water Softeners and UV Systems) sales are final and are not eligible for return. Returns must include the original invoice. Returns based on anything other than defective merchandise will be subject to the original shipping and handling costs. 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for shipping on any returns. Restocking, repair or replacement fees may apply.

AGREEMENT
Acceptance of delivery of any product constitutes purchaser's acceptance of this agreement and subjects purchaser to its contents. Any purchaser of merchandise from Purewater 4U of Las Vegas, Inc. pursuant to this Internet advertisement agrees that any and all claims and controversies regarding the sale of merchandise to said purchaser(s) shall be subject solely to the jurisdiction of the Court of the State of Nevada.
